More about the loyalty system
The loyalty program has three levels and applies only to orders from the website. Orders placed on marketplaces and third-party resources are not counted and not included in the loyalty program.
Loyalty cards (levels) are divided into:
Painter (BP Club), Artist (BP Club GOLD), Master (BP Club DIAMOND)
Enthusiast status is not a level in the loyalty program — it is assigned to every customer who has made a purchase on the website. Enthusiast is the first accumulation period during which purchase amounts are accumulated to receive a loyalty card.
To maintain a loyalty level, you need to make purchases for 30,000 rubles per year. If the amount is not reached, the card expires.
When placing an order, you can use either a discount or bonus points. When points are redeemed, the discount does not apply.
Special offers do not stack with discounts.
How can I increase my discount?
To get a card:
BP Club with a 5% discount — make purchases totaling 30,000 rubles within 1 year;
BP Club Gold with a 10% discount — make purchases totaling 100,000 rubles within 1 year;
BP Club Diamond with a 15% discount — make purchases totaling 200,000 rubles within 1 year.
