As standard, we create two layouts for each photo as part of a single order, so you have a selection to choose from. If you don’t like any of the options we provide, you can send us the photo and we’ll create another layout as needed.

In such cases, your order should originally include two prints. We will create two designs for each photo. If you need three or more prints, we will require a prepayment for the designs.

We understand that you want the best possible result, which is why we pay close attention to all your requests: we resize your image, suggest stylistic options, perform color correction and photo editing, and can even restore your photo or restore its original colors. For your convenience, you can always choose related products: varnishes, easels, or have the painting wrapped as a gift. We also replace dried-out paints, match paints to an existing painting, and help you choose a holiday gift. You can always contact us for advice! The production time for a standard paint-by-numbers kit is 1–2 days from the time the design is approved. We also offer an “express order” service—your kit will be prioritized and ready in 2 hours.
