1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation means. Consent is given for processing of the following personal data of mine: surname, first name, patronymic; phone number; email; address.
2. Purpose of personal data processing: processing of incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing consultations on various matters relating to the Organization's scope of activities; sending information to individuals, including advertising, about events/goods/services/works of the Organization.
3. The basis for processing personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; this Website Visitor's Consent to the processing of personal data.
4. During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
5. Hereby I am notified by the Organization that the intended users of personal data are employees of the Organization, as well as persons engaged by the Organization on the terms of a civil law agreement.

6.2. I have the right to access my personal data, to request clarification (update, modification) of my personal data, and to delete and destroy my personal data in case of processing by the Organization that violates my legal rights and interests or the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.3. in case of withdrawal of Consent to the processing of personal data, the Organization may continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds set out in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006.
7. By this Consent I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, and also confirm the accuracy of the data provided.
