About this section
Aviation: propeller and jet aircraft, military machines, airliners, airfields, the view from the cockpit.
Almost the whole section runs at level three. An aircraft body is clean geometric planes and easy to work with; the time goes into sky and cloud. Sizes spread evenly across tall formats from 40x60 to 80x120. The section currently holds 156 designs.
Sizes, difficulty and palette
Canvas formats here run from 40x40 to 80x120 cm — 12 sizes in total. The most common one is 40x60 cm: 19 designs.
Difficulty runs from level 3 to level 5, and level 3 covers 97% of the designs. Palettes range from 15 to 24 colours.
What comes in the box
Every kit in this section ships the same way: a cotton canvas already stretched over a wooden frame, numbered acrylic paints, two brushes, a control sheet and instructions. Nothing else is needed to start, and once the paint has dried the canvas hangs on the wall without a frame.
