I received a painting by numbers from a photo as a gift. Everything turned out great. One inconvenient thing is the NUMBERS OF PAINTS. Why not just make numbers, why added letters, different...? It's annoying.
The fact is that on some layouts we use a numerical alphabetic system. This is the designation of paints that we also have in the catalogue. Thanks for your order.

I am already ordering a second painting by numbers from a photo, size 60x80. We promptly consulted and agreed on the layout. To be honest, the quality of the photography left much to be desired, but the guys did it well and the layout turned out great. I am attaching a photo.

I ordered paintings by numbers from photos from different manufacturers, but only here there is a detailed selection of all the parameters for creating layouts. I am very glad that such a subtle approach is taken. The layout was adjusted to perfection. I highly recommend it. Worthy!

This is not the first year I have been ordering from these guys, and I am already a regular customer. I ordered from different manufacturers, but settled on this one, since everything was of very high quality and, most importantly, on time. The canvas and stretchers are of excellent quality, the paints are always fresh, and the set also includes a sufficient number of brushes.<br /> Layouts are made quickly, if there are any edits, also quickly and professionally! Thank you very much for your work!) I definitely recommend it

I received a painting as a gift. Amazingly done. The colors are good, the numbers are drawn in such a way that any color can be covered (this is my headache, especially when it’s white or very light colors). Now I’m planning to order a painting from a photo, it would make a great gift) You guys are great! Good sales and clients to you!

We have ordered paintings about 7 times already, we are incredibly happy! I’m very glad that the paints are fresh and not half-dried, as you often find in regular stores. But sometimes the final picture comes out much brighter than on the layout (this is not a minus, this is a personal perception, someone may need one in the same tone as on the website). Overall, I highly recommend it, and we plan to continue to order only here!

Professionalism is felt immediately! A clear manager, from the first minute of the dialogue I realized that the guys knew what they were doing. I placed an order for a classic painting, and accordingly requested super quality and a non-standard size. We processed the order promptly, offered several options for sets, after review... In terms of the quality of image transfer, the 50-color coloring layout was head and shoulders above everything that other sites offered. It was decided to take the option for 100 colors, as the quality offered was simply amazing!!

I bought three paintings on Ozone that I dreamed of, waited for them to arrive, they came.... complete disappointment, I have never seen such terrible patterns, the numbers are not visible even with a magnifying glass, it’s terrible, we bought a lot of paintings, but I haven’t seen anything like this from any company, I’m scared to open the remaining two (((they were expensive, money wasted, the impression is spoiled, it’s very disappointing (((it’s impossible to make these paintings. If you are a really good company, then please exchange them for such paintings which you can draw.

We have a set of business cards with our contact information especially for such cases :) If you have complaints about the quality of the product, there is an error, or you basically don’t like something, you need to write to us, the manufacturer. All paintings are assembled by hand and, of course, there is a possibility of error and human error everywhere. We always try to accommodate our customers and want to help solve any problem, but unfortunately we have not received a single message from you. The comments were taken into account, but it would be much faster and more rational to write to us by email <a class="txttohtmllink" href="mailto:brushes-paints@yandex.ru" title="Write a letter">brushes-paints@yandex.ru</a> to work on the mistakes and understand why this happened! We will be happy to wait for your letter :)

There are not clear boundaries of numbers everywhere. It feels like some of the colors are mixed up. There are borders, but the color is the same, so the result is one black spot. The colors themselves are very difficult to open.
Hello Julia! Thank you very much for your feedback! Some borders are doubled - but this is not a mistake - this is done for step-by-step coloring. In any case, we will be glad if you call us, and we will help you in this situation!)  The paints are difficult to open, because our supply of jars arrived with a small defect and most likely during the production process you accidentally spilled paint into these jars.
